Game Changer Wrestling (GCW) returns to Nashville, Tennessee this Sunday with Long. Live. GCW. It marks GCW’s second event in Nashville following this summer’s Lights Out where they introduced the national audience to Blake Christian. Another rock-solid card, with a few potential breakouts to follow GCW’s successful exposure and buzz. You can catch Long. Live. GCW live this Sunday on FITE.tv.

Scramble: Jake Lander vs. Gringo Loco vs. 1 Called Manders vs. KTB vs. Jordan Oliver vs. JJ Garrett

A fun six-man match-up with a whole slew of differing styles, something that’s become a trademark with GCW. Jake Lander is a part of the Blood Diamond faction that’s taking over the Midwest, but he’s heading into Sunday’s match alone and ready for a fight. Gringo Loco has gained notoriety nationwide thanks to Major League Wrestling (MLW), but he’s still working the indies like he’s done for over a decade. 1 Called Manders has been lighting it up in IWA Mid South for the past few years, but is really breaking out at the end of 2019 with the likes of GCW, Beyond Wrestling, Freelance Wrestling, AIW, and more – keep an eye out on him in 2020. KTB is a former GCW World Champion and is as tough as they come. Jordan Oliver is also making waves in MLW as part of #INJUSTICE, but the reigning CZW Wired Champion has been leaving his mark in GCW the past year. Iowa’s JJ Garrett is a 7-year veteran who is finally breaking out, having worked with Beyond, IWA Mid South, GCW and Glory Pro.

Shane Mercer vs. Logan Stunt

Shane Mercer has had a great year as well, moving from being just a regular with IWA Mid South to working across the nation with GCW, Beyond, Black Label Pro and others. He went viral last year when he was caught on tape using an entire section of bleachers as a weapon, but his freak strength is just part of an arsenal that includes great athleticism as well. He’s facing Logan Stunt, the younger brother of AEW (and former GCW) star Marko Stunt. Much like his brother, don’t judge him on his size – he’s got all kinds of crazy athleticism that can surprise the strongest of foes.

Hate Trash Disaster (SHLAK & Markus Crane) vs. Violence is Forever (Dominic Garrini & Kevin Ku)

The GCW World Tag Team titles are still being held by Los Mazisos (Ciclope & Miedo Extremo) from Mexico’s Desastre Total Ultraviolento (DTU), but that doesn’t mean other tag teams aren’t trying to get in contention to end their 570+ day reign. Hate Trash Disaster, the pairing of two of GCW’s more psychotic individuals in SHLAK and Markus Crane, have been a huge part of GCW the past year since they paired up in 2018. They’ll be looking to earn that title shot when they face a team that was born out of the Southern indies in Violence is Forever. Originally called Sadkampf, Nashville native Kevin Ku and Ohio’s Dominic Garrini are taking pro wrestling by storm this year, as they’re the reigning Southern Underground Pro (SUP) Tag Team Champions in Nashville, plus the Pro Wrestling Freedom Tag Team Champs out of Indiana. They’re also honing their chemistry in the likes of Beyond Wrestling, Black Label Pro, and Germany’s Westside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw) and now they’re heading to GCW for war.

Brett Ison vs. Chris Dickinson

Brett Ison is one of the Southern indie scene’s best kept secrets, but the former SUP Bonestorm Champion is on the verge of breaking out nationally. A tough competitor and vicious striker, he’s starting to venture out of the South for huge fights, with the likes of Black Label Pro and now GCW. It’s a perfect match-up, as Ison is facing a veteran of the ring with many intense similarities. Chris Dickinson has been a force to be reckoned with the past few years, with a deadly combination of power, speed and technique, especially his past year or so with Beyond Wrestling.

Orange Cassidy vs. Tony Deppen vs. Arik Cannon

Photo: GCW

A triple threat featuring three very distinctive styles of indie wrestling. Orange Cassidy was a cult hero for over a decade before becoming the superstar he is today as part of All Elite Wrestling (AEW). The Clown Prince of Lethargy is facing two top talents, starting with one of GCW’s MVPs this year, Tony Deppen, who went from a solid hand in the US indies to one of 2019’s breakout stars with his work in GCW, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), Beyond Wrestling, and CHIKARA. The last man in the triple threat is a US indie veteran in Chicago’s Arik Cannon. Cannon has worked for multiple top promotions and now runs the top promotion in Minnesota, F1RST Wrestling.

Alex Colon vs. Jimmy Lloyd vs. Matthew Justice

Photo: GCW

Another triple threat, this time featuring three madmen who aren’t afraid to get a little bloody. Alex Colon has been one of GCW’s VIPs and often goes unheralded for his contribution to the company, but this year he had several huge match-ups, including winning GCW’s Tournament of Survival in the summer. Jimmy Lloyd is the present and future of GCW, having blossomed in the past year as a versatile storyteller amidst the chaos of deathmatches. Matthew Justice is a Midwest veteran who has seen his stock explode in the past year with Absolute Intense Wrestling (AIW) where he’s the reigning AIW Absolute and Intense Champion. Three rough dudes who are going to go to war.

EFFY vs. Mance Warner

Photo: GCW

EFFY continues his string of battles with some of GCW’s toughest (and insane) wrestlers, when he faces Mance Warner on Sunday night. The leather studded supernova has already gone to war with the likes of The Rejects (John Wayne Murdoch & Reed Bentley), SHLAK, Chris Dickinson, and even GCW World Champion Nick Gage, but continues to dive head first into a bloodbath. While Warner has toned his work down a notch as a star with Major League Wrestling (MLW), but outside the MLW bubble he’s still everyone’s favorite Southern psychopath. EFFY has managed to turn it up to 11 in past fights, and this one will be no different.

Jake Atlas vs. Alex Zayne

Photo: GCW

Two of 2019’s breakout stars collide! Jake Atlas was one of the West Coast’s top prospects, after rising to the top of the West Coast with the likes of PWG, Bar Wrestling, PCW ULTRA, DEFY Wrestling and Las Vegas’ Future Stars of Wrestling (FSW). This year he exploded with GCW as well as the likes of AAW, RISE Wrestling, Black Label Pro, and even overseas with Over the Top (OTT) Wrestling and Fight Club: PRO. With his time on the indies winding down, he’s getting some huge matches and on Sunday he faces another of GCW and 2019’s biggest breakout stars in Alex Zayne. After exploding with GCW this summer, he’s gone on to many big things, including a recent return from his Japanese debut. This could be the darkhorse for match of the night.

Blake Christian vs. Rich Swann

Photo: GCW

Last time GCW was in Nashville, it introduced Blake Christian to a national audience, and now he’s become one of the most in-demand young stars in the US indies. The young star on the rise will get a huge test of his skills when he faces former WWE Cruiserweight and IMPACT X-Division Champion Rich Swann one on one, in what is sure to be nothing short of an aerial masterpiece.

GCW World Championship: Nick Gage (c) vs. AJ Gray

Photo: GCW

GCW World Champion Nick Gage is approaching 725-days as World Champion, but on Sunday he’s facing a man on the rise. Tennessee’s AJ Gray has become a dominant force in the Midwest lately, capturing the Black Label Pro Midwest Championship and the Glory Pro Crown of Glory title, not to mention a huge debut with Beyond Wrestling recently on Uncharted Territory. Now he’s heading back to GCW this Sunday to attempt to wrestle the World title from Nick Gage, in what is sure to be a physical confrontation.
