There is no doubt that the UFC is the best fighting competition in the world. And even though many UFC fighters turn to other professions in their careers there is no doubt that the UFC is at the top. We have witnessed many great fights in its history and there are plenty more to come. This article will give a small insight on some of the best UFC records, but before we do that, we’d like to take a look at some of the upcoming UFC events in the next couple of months.

UFC 243, 244, and 245 Odds

UFC 243 headliners are Robert Whittaker and Israel Adesanya. Their fight is the main fight of the night. Robert Whittaker’s odds of winning are 4/6, and Israel Adesanya’s odds are 5/4. Al Iaquinta and Dan Hooker will also test each other’s strengths. Al’s odds are 5/6 and Dan’s odds are 10/11.

The UFC 244 headline is the fight between Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz. Masvidal’s odds of winning are 1/2, while Nate Diaz’s odds are 17/10. Kelvin Gastellum and Darren Till will also take part in the event. Kelvin’s odds are 4/6 and Darren’s odds are 11/10.

One thing to remember when looking at the UFC predictions is that you can never be too sure about them. These fighters are top-notch and the best in their division, so predicting the winner is not an easy job. There are 2 more fights at UFC 244 which will be interesting to watch and bet on.

UFC 245 holds Amanda Nunes vs Germaine de Randamie. Nunes’ odds of winning are 1/3, while Germaine’s odds are 9/4. The event will also host Jessica Eye vs. Viviane Araújo. It will be interesting if these fights break some of the below-mentioned records.

Most Fights in The UFC

Jim Milner became the first fighter in the UFC to reach 30 fights. As of right now, he has 33. Donald Cerrone is close behind him with 32. Jeremy Stephens, Demian Maia, Diego Sanchez, and Andrei Arlovski have 30 fights. Michael Bisping is in the 4th spot with 29, and finally, Rafael dos Anjos, Clay Guida, and Gleison Tibau have 28 fights in the UFC.

Longest Winning Streak

Anderson Silva is on the number one spot with the longest winning streak of 16 fights. Jon Jones is on the second place, together with Demetrious Johnson, Georges St-Pierre and Max Holloway with 13 fights. Tony Ferguson and Khabib Nurmagomedov are active and currently have a 12-fight winning streak. Royce Gracie has a winning streak of 11 fights, and Kamaru Usman is active at a 10-fight winning streak.

Fastest and Latest Finishes

Jorge Masvidal is the reigning champions with the fastest finish. He knocked out Ben Askren by a knockout after 5 seconds. Duane Ludwig is second with 6 seconds against Jonathan Goulet. Chan Sung Jung, Ryan Jimmo, and Todd Duffee share the third spot with 7 seconds on the clock. Don Frye, James Irvin, Leon Edwards, and Makwan Amirkhani are at the end of the list, with an 8-second finish. All of the mentioned finishes were by a knockout.

The latest finish record, on the other hand, belongs to Demetrious Johnson (submission) and Yair Rodriguez (knockout. These two fighters have won their fights in the 4:59 mark of the 5th round. Frankie Edgar is third at the 4:56 mark of the 5th round. Demetrious Johnson comes again on the 4th spot with a submission at 3:43 mark of the 5th round. Miesha Tate is the final record holder in this list with a submission at 3:30 in the final round against Holly Holm.

Highest Win Percentage

The only fighters to have a 100%-win percentage and is first on this list are Khabib Nurmagomedov (12) and Kamaru Usman (10). Jon Jones (19-1) has a 95%-win percentage, and Tony Ferguson (15-1) is on the third spot with 93.75%. Amanda Nunes (11-) grabs the fourth spot with 91.67, and lastly, we have Georges St-Pierre (0-2) with 90.91%.
