This weekend a swath of international wrestling stars from IMPACT, All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and Ring Of Honor (ROH) descend upon Australia to mix it up with the best our country has to offer as World Series Wrestling presents Zero Fear Melbourne Night 2.

Joey Ryan vs Syd Parker W/Erika Reid

Two wildly different men collide on night two of the tour. These two wildly unpredictable characters have both been known to provide some of the most shocking moments on shows in the past.

Let’s not forget the x-factor Erika Reid in the corner of Parker, who knows what role she will play.

Two questions to ponder with this matchup. Who will walk away victorious? And what moment will the audience be talking about after this match?

Joey Janela vs Slex

In a first time ever encounter ‘The Bad Boy’ Joey Janela will battle ‘The Business’ Slex. So I guess you could say this match is the wrestling equivalent to mullet hairstyle, business in the front and party in the back.

This match is going to be both a clash of styles but also of wrestling philosophies. Slex will bring his cool, calm, collected and calculating approach. Whereas conversely, Janela will be coming into this one at full speed with all guns blazing as he employs his chaotic, violent style.

Which approach will pay dividends?

Jeff Cobb vs Brody King

Two of ROH’s most physically imposing figures are set to square off in Melbourne.

Neither man has been known to back down from anybody. So I wouldn’t expect anything different in this match. Look for both men to use power and brutal strikes as they attempt to overwhelm their opponent. However, remember that King can employ his surreal high-flying abilities if required.

WSW Women’s Championship: Jordynne Grace (c) vs Indi Hartwell

Should Jordynne Grace successfully get through her night one championship defense against Kellyanne her title reign won’t get any easier on night two when she faces Indi Hartwell.

Given that Hartwell failed to qualify for the WSW Women’s Championship finals last year she will be heading into this match with a point to prove. Whilst she has dominated the women’s scene here in Australia, at one point holding three of the major women’s championships in the country simultaneously, she now needs to secure that big win over an international opponent on her own home soil.

In order to come out of this one with her hand raised Hartwell will need to avoid the power of Grace and also control her own emotions. In the past, Hartwell’s arrogance and anger have cost the ‘Impressive’ one so that will need to change when she is facing one of the world’s best.

Lucha Bros (Fenix & Pentagon Jr) vs Flippin’ Machines (Brian Cage & Flip Gordon)

If the results of night one fall correctly there is the very real chance that this match could become a WSW Tag Team Championship contest.

Should the Flippin Machines be successful in their challenge against Villain Enterprises on night one they will enter into this match as the WSW Tag Team Champions. Even if they fail to walk in as champions this match is going to one you don’t want to miss.

With the combination of high flying, power and tag team chemistry within these two teams, fans are in for a real treat. Not to mention this is likely the only chance you’ll get to with AEW vs ROH & IMPACT Wrestling!
