Last night in Southampton, England, Jamie Hayter defeated Jinny to become the new RevPro British Women’s Champion, ending Jinny’s 147-day reign as the inaugural Women’s Champion in RevPro. Jinny won the title on January 7 of this year, defeating Deonna Purrazzo to win the new title. Following the loss, Jinny kissed the RevPro ring, leading many to assume that Jinny has signed a WWE UK deal – RevPro was recently revealed as one of the promotions that are on the “no fly” zone for anyone signed to a WWE UK deal.

For 23 year old Jamie Hayter, the victory was a sweet one, as she won it in her hometown of Southampton, and defeated the woman who beat her in her own debut with South Coast Wrestling (SCW) back in 2015. Since then, she’s competed for various UK promotions, including RevPro, Pro Wrestling: EVE, Big League Wrestling (BLW), and Ultimate Pro Wrestling (UPW), as well as in Germany. She’s also the current reigning BLW Women’s Champion.
